My favorite here is the pancake burger. French chef Jonathan Miccoli used his grandmother’s recipe to create this unique take on the pancake.
You can eat it plain or top it with Nutella, whipped cream, or caramel for an additional price. You also have the option to mix fruits into the batter like mango, banana, strawberry, etc.
